Reporting to our Venue Manager you will responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Venue. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you will have a keen eye for detail, good time management skills, be incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service. In this hands on role you will be expected to work alongside our developing team to consistently provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
Working alongside the Venue Manager you will also assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated. You will also be expected to have knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons. Having your RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.
