Your Role:

In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Directly craft and refine design elements, focusing on innovative gamification and AI integration.
  • Lead the design process from concept to reality, applying your expertise in a well-established, high-impact environment.
  • Engage in proactive user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
  • Work closely with our experienced product and engineering teams to bring your design visions to life.
  • Ensure an intuitive, delightful and engaging user experience across the Mathspace product suite.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in product design.
  • A compelling portfolio highlighting your skill in UI, interaction, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A solid track record in designing for gamification and user engagement
  • A passion and curiosity for exploring the latest in Generative AI tools
  • Strong background in user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for education and insights into the challenges and dynamics of math education.
  • Be a key player in a leading, established company at the forefront of educational technology.
