How you will make an Impact: Join our Occupational Therapy team to provide high-quality, patient-centred and evidence-based services in a supportive environment. The Grade 2 Occupational Therapist will work fulltime Monday to Friday. You will work as part of our collaborative multi-disciplinary team of allied health, nursing and medical staff. You will be integral in the provision of goal driven patient centred rehabilitation, supporting our patient's and their families in maximising their independence and capability to return home safely. Key responsibilities:

Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
Sound clinical knowledge of Occupational Therapy practice and principles
Sound clinical reasoning skills

About you: Are you a highly motivated Grade Two Occupational Therapist looking to join a progressive, developing and supportive Allied Health team in rehabilitation care. We are seeking OTs with an interest and aptitude for neurological rehabilitation. Experienced Grade 1 OTs in sub acute care are encouraged to apply. This is a full time position with supervisory responsibilities for Grade 1, allied health assistants and undergraduate students. Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility for membership to OT Australia
Current Victorian driver's license
Background in sub acute care and an interest in neurological presentations
Experience/skills in the supervision and professional development of Occupational Therapists and students
Collaborative team work and a commitment to quality improvement initiatives
