Your New Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the support team of a software development company, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients. Your role will involve working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, as well as providing guidance and support to clients on how to use the software effectively. You will provide technical support to a wide range of clients, giving you exposure to a range of industry expertise. What You'll Need to Succeed:
A minimum of 5 years' experience working with PHP/JavaScript.
Proven experience working with Laravel/VueJS on web applications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and work towards resolving them.
Experience in handling client communications.
A track record in successfully leading teams and/or more junior staff to successful outcomes.
Experience with DevOps (desirable).
