The main purpose of this role is to provide a range of high quality services aimed at providing support and assistance to frail, aged and disabled clients and their carers, so that they can maintain their skills, independence and quality of life within their home and community. Tasks include providing personal care such as shower assistance, shopping assistance, respite as well as domestic assistance services.
This position requires a minimum of a Certificate III Individual Support or a relevant Aged Care/Disability equivalent.
