Strong culture of training and support.  Task & Responsibilities Working from our Maffra location, this role will provide specialist assistance and support to both an existing and a prospective clientele, with the core responsibilities being: Administering muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests to identify and assess the physical issues and needs of our clients. Collaboratively designing treatment programs to address clients' issues/injuries. Treating clients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, improve cardiothoracic, cardiovascular and respiratory functions, restore joint mobility, and improve balance and coordination. Using the therapeutic properties of exercise, heat, cold, massage, manipulation, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, ultraviolet and infra-red light and ultrasound in the treatment of clients. Reviewing, continually monitoring, assessing and evaluating programs and treatments. Consulting with other Health Professionals as required regarding client issues, needs, treatment and progress. Instructing clients and their loved ones or support persons in prescribed, independent remediation actions and plans.  Recording treatments given, clients’ responses and progress. Developing and implementing preventative health programs such as Corporate Fitness, Balance Groups, Hydrotherapy and Sport and Performance Injury Prevention and Management Programs. Conducting on-site/home visits where client mobility is a barrier. Qualification & Experience A relevant Bachelors’ Degree or higher qualification. A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred, including experience in the various responsibilities listed above. Current Registration. Current Professional Indemnity Insurance. A current Drivers’ License and reliable transport. An exceptional work ethic. Intermediate communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to work well within a team environment, interacting respectfully at all times. A great attitude!
