IRT is seeking to appoint enthusiastic Aged Care Employees to join its dynamic Care Teams

Batemans Bay
Moruya
Dalmeny
Wollongong / Illawarra

About the role:
You will assist our residents with their daily care needs and domestic duties in accordance with their Care Plan, while monitoring and reporting on their progress. Asan individual with a genuine interest in aged care, you will ensure a high standard ofcare is provided at all times as well as continuously contribute to improvements that support residents and the care team.
Candidates will be categorised on the basis of experience and considered against the selection criteria for Aged Care Employees Levels 1-4 as classified under IRT's Enterprise Agreement.
To be successful you will have:
A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, and contribute as part of a team
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
Ability to use technology such as smart phones and computers
Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and/or evenings
