We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechatronic Engineer to join our team. At RJS Tech Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge mechatronic systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and control engineering principles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, CNC problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems incorporating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and methodologies for system improvement and innovation.
Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and manuals for developed systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing mechatronic systems, preferably in areas such as robotics, automation, or control systems.
Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB) for embedded systems and control algorithms.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), microcontrollers, and mechatronic components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but advantageous):

Experience with machine learning, AI applications, or computer vision in mechatronic systems.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to mechatronics, such as ISO standards.

The remuneration for this position is experience based in a range $70,000 - $90,000
