Chichester Restaurants Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef to join our bistro team at Mr Grubb @ Oakdene on the Bellarine Peninsula (near Geelong).
Position:
• Full Time
• Salary $70,000
• 38+ hours per week, spread over days, nights & weekends

Requirements:
• A relevant qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends & public holidays
Responsibilities:
• Preparing a range of meals for guests of the venue, including breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks to a high standard
• Provide ideas & plan for specialised events & future menus
• Ensure menus, food standards, procedures & processes are followed
• Supervise & manage kitchen operations as required
• Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards
• You will be passionate about cooking & interested in cuisine & use that passion to train others in the kitchen
• Monitor kitchen stock & ensure supplies are ordered as required
• Ensure food costs remain at a satisfactory level
