Day to day you will: 

  • Assist in coordinating our Sales Academy, developing innovative eLearning modules and organising online and face-to-face learning experiences.
  • Manage onboarding and exit activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Drive internal Health & Wellbeing initiatives in partnership with Sales Health & Wellbeing ambassadors.
  • Enhance the Sales team's employee experience by collaborating with Sales Leaders and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support the People & Culture team with projects, data analysis, and have active involvement in new and annual initiatives e.g. remuneration program.
  • Curate and maintain relevant information on the Sales Intranet portal.
