We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences, and developing a team of upcoming chefs. You will support the Head Chef in leading the Kitchen team and ensuring our guests have memorable experiences when dining with us. Key duties include:
- Providing a hands on approach to managing the day to day operations of the kitchen
- Developing and creating innovative Italian cuisine styled menus alongside the Head Chef
- Training and development of kitchen team members
- Using your creativity and flair to produce high quality dishes that delight our guests
- Maximising productivity and controlling food and labour costs
- Ensuring that food standards are maintained according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment and understanding food safety standards and HACCP practices
- Ensuring strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
