Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests and residents by responding to their requests promptly.
In this role you will be required to utilise the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types within the same working day, and assist our guests with check-ins and check outs. You will respond to guest calls promptly ensuring an outstanding guest experience, as well as, maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, ensure guest confidentiality, and follow procedures and processes in regards to credit and cash transactions.
At times you may be required to assist guests with luggage and belongings, help the Housekeeping team with special requests, and set up our conference and events space and serve our clients ensuring total customer satisfaction.
