Learning & Development Coordinator

This role is responsible for the implementation and rollout of an exciting new Learning Management System for Starbucks Australia, as well as aiding the day to day operations of the new platform and providing technical support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, delivery, and administration of our new Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Maintain and review training materials and localisation of content as required.
  • Manage enrolments, attendance records and completion records within the Learning Management System to ensure accurate records for the requirements of auditing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager in the planning and implementation of LMS as outlined in the project plan.
  • Develop constructive partnerships across all areas of the organisation, ensuring L&D is perceived as professional and responsive to feedback.
  • Coordination of Training including scheduling, learning activities, managing learning-related communications, coordinating required resources, and other activities as required.
  • Provide support for store partners including responding and resolving issues regarding all aspects Starbucks learning management system rollout, including user issues, content delivery, design, and development issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the L&D Manager and other key stakeholder in the business in managing and delivering multiple projects in a timely fashion.
  • Support the Store Operations team to ensure maintenance requests are being attended to and stores are adequately supported.

About You
Life as a Learning & Development Coordinator:

  • Experience with LMS administration.
  • Previous experience in training coordination
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, effective collaboration and internal consultancy and advisory experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels internally and externally.
  • A proactive attitude & alignment with our company values
