At the Novotel Surfers Paradise, we are not only focused on our guests, but also our people. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team. Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role.
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas. Involving but not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities. You will enjoy working in a team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Cleaning guests rooms as required, seeing them shine
- Carrying out allocated cleaning duties to achieve brand standards throughout the hotel
- Transferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recycling
- Safe handling and use of chemicals
