In this role you will:
o Be accountable for components of projects and project delivery
o Implement Reviews, Assessments and Plans including:
o Capturing and analysing business requirements
o Review client’s as-is operational environments, derive and validate pain points, business problems
o Reviewing clients’ business and technology strategies, polices and processes and assisting to guide the Senior Consultants and clients with recommendations
o Rank and prioritise requirements
o Be aware of and apply where relevant best (common) practices, market trends and industry standards
o Assist with writing Gap analysis for clients’
o Action planning (short, medium, and long term)
o Assist the Senior Consultant to develop and maintain detailed project planning
o Ensure processes are defined, initiated, and managed
o Attain chargeable services target (as per package target calculations).
About You
You will have:
o 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex financial services environments
o Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
o Proven skills in business, functional and non-functional Requirements Gathering
o Business Process improvement skills
o Strong understanding on current and emerging content and record management technologies
o Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
o Certifications as a Scrum Master
o Post Graduate Business or IT qualifications.
