MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR / OFFICE MANAGER
PERMANENT FULL TIME ROLE
Location: Moorabbin, Melbourne
Salary: $65 - 75K base + super

Our client is an established lending franchise under one of the Big four banks in Australia, covering South East Melbourne. A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business as a hybrid loan processor and office manager. You will be providing support to the mobile lenders with loan applications, credit submissions and other business support duties within the office.
Your new role

First point of contact for customers relating to new and existing lending requirements and have a sound knowledge base of lending requirements
Supporting the mobile lenders with their loan applications such as initiating and collecting relevant documents from clients
Pre-qualifying internal referrals
Data entry and management of CRM systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet timely deadlines
Ensuring efficient operation in the office
What you'll need
Minimum 1 year experience in the banking or financial services industry
Strong excel and Microsoft suite skills
Good knowledge of the lending process and bank's lending systems and products
Strong communication skills, flexible, collaborative and proactive attitude
Strong decision making and ability to deliver customer care focus
