We are looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our team!
Located over three locations in the Hunter Valley we are a well-established and progressive practice with a loyal existing client base. This position will be based in our Maitland head office, and within the community providing mobile-based appointments according to client needs.
We are seeking a motivated, driven, and passionate speech pathologist to join our growing team. In this role you can expect to:
Work within a supportive and dynamic team who are motivated to support you on your speech pathology journey
Provide assessment and intervention services to a mixed and varied caseload
Receive support within our new graduate program which includes orientation, induction, tutorials, and on-going supervision
Attend weekly in-services and yearly staff education days
Work with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and allied health assistants
Liaise and collaborate with other health professionals, schools, co-ordinator of supports and support workers
Have the opportunity to work flexibly to tailor work-life balance
Have use of electric work vehicles for off-site visits
Have dedicated report writing time and no billable targets
Have use of a purpose-built paediatric gym
Receive an allowance of $1300 per year towards CPD
Criteria :
Full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to form a strong rapport and relationship with clients and staff
Ability to provide high quality, outcome-focused intervention
Working with children check, criminal record check and willingness to undertake NDIS worker screening.
Current driver’s licence and own car with comprehensive insurance
