LMI Group Investments Pty Ltd, a well established Earthworks and lining contractor, is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects between $1-3 million dollars, with the occasional larger projects. The candidate will report to the Operations Manager, and also the Directors.
Our ideal candidate will have had a at least 4-5 years experience working on similar projects in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be undertaking the following tasks: Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates construction of civil engineering and building projects, and the physical and human resources involved in the construction process.
The role requires:
1) A passion for the construction industry, and building relationships.
2) Ability to work within a team.
3) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outline of job role:
1) Managing project budgets.
2) Managing construction program.
3) Overseeing and managing site staff.
4) Managing project quality and safety.
5) Procurement of sub-contract agreements.
6) Project budget and forecast reports.
7) Document control.
8) Preparation and management of letting schedules.
9) Managing relationships between all stakeholders (Superintendent, client, contractors and suppliers).
10) Using the following software packages – Commnia/buildtools / Buildsoft / G-Suite / CHEOPS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
