Role Overview:
As a recruiter at Thought Collaborative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. We recognize that our success depends on the talent we bring on board, and we're looking for a skilled recruiter to help us find the right individuals who share our passion for human-centered design and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering expert advice to management on workplace relations policies, staff performance, and disciplinary matters
• Strategically create job vacancies to attract top-tier talent
• Collaborating in the selection process to build a high-performing team
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments of applicants
• Providing comprehensive information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities
• Managing job vacancy information from employers, including details on job descriptions, wages, and conditions of employment
• Engaging in negotiations on terms and conditions of employment
• Coordinating and facilitating staff induction programs
• Maintaining meticulous personnel records and managing human resource information systems
• Proactively addressing and resolving employee disputes and grievances
• Staying updated on legislation, awards, collective agreements, employment contracts, wage payment systems, and dispute settlement procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable), alternatively proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech or design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Salary Range: $80'000 - $90'000 (depending on experience) + Superannuation
