Due to rapid company growth, we are in search of a Recruitment Consultant (Consultant, Senior, Principal, or Lead) to join our office based in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will be joining a team that considers company culture and a supportive environment to be the main reasons for our success thus far.

We are seeking someone who is driven, passionate, and craving success but most importantly whose values match ours.
Our expectations of you:
To demonstrate the capability of building your own client network from lead generation calls or other sources
Show the highest level of business development experience while building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients
The ability to source and place candidates
Contribute to our office with positive energy and a can-do attitude
What you can expect from us:
Immediate start for the appropriate candidate
Competitive wage along with several work perks (Early finishes on Fridays, Team lunches, Monthly outings, etc)

Target hitters are rewarded monthly, not just commission but an extra day's leave, and once set up in the business will be able to work hybrid office hours.
More experienced consultants (Principals and Leads) would be building a team under them.
