As a Civil Engineer within our Urban Development division, you will focus on delivering comprehensive design and documentation for land development and civil infrastructure projects. With a strong portfolio of projects in hand, as well as a significant project pipeline we are looking for a skilled civil engineer with technical competency in design to complete our team.
You will be responsible for
- Provide design advice to clients and service authorities.
- Contribute to detailed design plans whilst working closely with drafters and project managers.
- Coordinate the production and revision of Engineering designs by liaising with internal Design teams.
- Deliver and manage Civil and Infrastructure designs within broad acre greenfield and brownfield redevelopments.
- Prepare project deliverables, tender documentation, design documentation and specifications in line with Egis’ standards to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
- Assume responsibility for project planning and management of resources for small projects or parts of larger projects.
- Prepare relevant servicing and development reports.
