What we are looking for
- Experience in this role working in a quality establishment, minimum 2 -3 years’ experience.
- Certificate IV or Diploma or higher formal qualification is essential.
- Detailed knowledge of food and produce.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
- Have full Australian working rights.
- Available to work nights and weekends – we offer flexible work arrangements agreed in advance
- Calm demeanour, friendly and attentive.
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements.
- Experience in working with and sourcing suppliers.
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation with the desire to produce quality food and take genuine pride in your work.
- Clear communication skills.
- Hospitality professional eager to advance and grow their career.
