In your new role as Logistics Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordination of end-to-end fulfilment operations, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers, coordinating local and domestic shipments, ensuring on time delivery.
Management of inventory movements both internal and external, ensuring data integrity within the ERP system and overall stock accuracy.
Completion of all relevant paperwork, supporting the logistics manager to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, arranging necessary licenses and customs clearance.
Working with key internal stakeholders across multiple business units (including sales, production, R&D) to ensure deadlines are met and goods are delivered on time to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role in logistics/freight/transport, ideally within a controlled goods, with relevant qualifications highly regarded.
Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end logistics covering import, export, and road freight, with experience working with freight forwarders and customs partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work variable hours when required.
You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role.
