This is an exciting time to get on board with the team and make your mark as a Contract Administrator. Your new role As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for several key aspects of the Luxury Mid-Rise Development. Including procurement, lettings trades, creating subcontracts and scope of works, monthly reporting, budget forecasting, managing progress claims and variations. You will be tasked with creating and managing a high-performing team who go above and beyond to ensure the project finishes within budget and ahead of schedule. Being one of the main contacts for the project, the role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations throughout. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this exciting position, you will have demonstrated experience with a head contractor across a range of projects including commercial, high rise, and apartments. As well as this, you will display excellent tenure in previous roles and have recent local experience. You will have a commercial approach, be detail orientated and be a team player who is able to inspire your team to perform. What you'll get in return In return for bringing success to the company, you will be rewarded with an impressive salary package of up to $175,000 + Super (depending on experience).
