Your new role As the Brisbane office Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the company, creating positive first impressions and providing exceptional service to both staff and visitors to the office. Key duties will include

Act as first point of contact for corporate clients and company staff
Manage office orders e.g. catering, stationery
Set up and maintain meeting rooms
Coordinate staff and visitor passes
Ad hoc support to Facilities team

What you'll need to succeed As the first point of contact for the business, you will be corporate, reliable and professional. You will have some experience in a similar role and be confident liaising with people in person and over the phone.
