Qualification & Experience
Baker qualification required
A minimum of 3 years or more verifiable work experience as baker
Experience in hand molding bread essential
Must have a genuine enthusiasm for baking and creating
Tasks & Responsabilities
Daily production of laminated dough (croissants...)
Daily production of sourdough bread, pies & pastries
Maintaining quality and quantity control in accordance with established standards
Daily production, baking and preparing of bakery products
Be punctual, reliable and have good organization skills
5 day working week (Tuesday- Saturday)
All applicants will need access to reliable transport as we do start early (3:00 am)
