The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong experience to join our growing team and contribute to the development that empowers our organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential skills & Experience:

Engage in full-cycle software development, focusing on UI/UX enhancements and iterative improvements.
Collaborate across teams to develop sophisticated and functional user interfaces from requirements.
Create and deploy user interface elements that are clean, efficient, and visually appealing, and that integrate seamlessly with backend systems.
To improve functionality and user usability, conduct extensive usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine UI/UX elements. Testing, debugging, and correcting errors and faults in the design and development of software, applications, and systems - Researching and identifying testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
Analysing the results of software testing and providing feedback and recommendations.
Creating software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
Collaborating with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and test software to ensure it meets the highest levels of usability, User Experience, stability, and performance.
Overseeing the testing environment (software, tools, network, frameworks, servers, and so on).
Work with stakeholders to analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows to increase productivity and efficiency.
Inspire and facilitate continuous improvement within the Agile team by holding retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Creating, updating, and optimising test procedures and methods.
Demonstrate Flexible, adaptable, helpful approaches and help the team flourish in cross-cultural environment.
Demonstrate Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bring-in Service improvement in the existing processes.
Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
Manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.

Candidate Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT or any relevant degree.
Certifications: Relevant technical and leadership certification will be valuable addition
Skills

Proficient in software development principles, tools, and environments.
Splunk, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and software testing expertise.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
Problem-solving abilities, design thinking methods, attention to detail, and programming abilities are required.
8+ years of relevant experience is required, as is scripting proficiency.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform cloud technologies.
Self-motivated, with a desire for ongoing learning and development.
Exhibits a positive attitude and unwavering commitment to quality.
Adaptability to changing technologies and market trends.
Experience with user-centered design or UX/UI principles is preferred.
Ability to analyse complex data sets and present insights in a clear and visually appealing manner using data visualisation tools.
Understanding and experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, including iterative and incremental development.
Successfully delivered high-quality software within Agile timelines and constraints.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per annum plus Superannuation
