Valley Homes (Mambare Pty Ltd) is a long established and trusted custom design residential builder looking for an experienced Draftsperson (Autodesk Revit) to join their team.
You must be a capable individual who can work autonomously as well as part of the team. You can handle multiple projects at any one time including custom homes, duplexes and multi-dwelling projects.
The role will involve:
Meeting with clients together with salesperson
Preparing concept plans that meet the client’s brief
Preparing DA & CC issue plans that satisfy the relevant LEP and DCP requirements
Ensuring drawings are completed within specified timeframes
Liaising with external consultants in the preparation of DA/CC/Construction issue plans & documentation
Liaising with the Sales, Estimating and Construction teams
To be successful in the role, you:
Have a suitable drafting qualification at Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma level or Higher.
Must have experience with Autodesk Revit
Are efficient and organised with excellent attention to detail
Have minimum 2 - 4 years residential construction experience (essential)
Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Have a strong work ethic
Have the ability to multitask
Hold a current driver’s license
