Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is a great opportunity to work with a strong team of just over 10 department members. This role requires a confident leader who can approach people and naturally initiate conversation, your skills of reading the guest and attention to detail are what sets you apart from the rest. Not only do you enjoy being hands-on but you will be across all the administrative tasks required in your leadership role for continual growth. Furthermore;

  • You will be the face of The Sebel Sydney Chatswood and will be the hotel representative in the absence of the Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel and will assist in all areas during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
  • You will have the ability to ‘surprise’ our guests with your natural, bright and bubbly customer service style ensuring that their stay will be one to remember.
  • Implement the Accor values and Accor customer vision to ‘Offer the Best Service to Our Customers’.
  • Apply knowledge and empowerment to resolve an issue that may result in adequate compensation to the guest.
  • Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.
  • Apply decisions to reach a win-win situation on behalf of the Hotel and the guest.
