Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is a great opportunity to work with a strong team of just over 10 department members. - You will be the face of The Sebel Sydney Chatswood and will be the hotel representative in the absence of the Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager.
- You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel and will assist in all areas during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
- You will have the ability to ‘surprise’ our guests with your natural, bright and bubbly customer service style ensuring that their stay will be one to remember.
- Implement the Accor values and Accor customer vision to ‘Offer the Best Service to Our Customers’.
- Apply knowledge and empowerment to resolve an issue that may result in adequate compensation to the guest.
- Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.
- Apply decisions to reach a win-win situation on behalf of the Hotel and the guest.
