As a member of our Product Specialist team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent client support. You will respond to both technical and non-technical customer queries. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and has a background in technical or customer support. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is also important. This position is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively support our Turnitin product line through email, phone, and live chat.
- Ensure problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Product Management for product issues and releases.
- Develop positive customer and cultural relations.
- Assist in translating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation.
- Support other strategic initiatives as needed.
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a customer support role.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and set priorities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material and exhibit excellent judgment.
Desirable:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems like Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, or D2L.
- Understanding of web technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS).
