- Providing day to day support for Sales and supporting teams

- Execute centralised outbound SMS & Email future opportunities to customers.
- Support and coordinate the execution of internal communications as well as external digital communications to our customers.
- Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership.
- Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams.
- Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
- Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action.
- Provide support to the business for key operational tasks when required.
- Manage key business projects end to end.
- Assist with customer queries.
Recruitment
- Identifying new customers critical requirements
- Sourcing suitable resources for new customer requirements.
- Assisting with pre-screening and interviews.
- Database Management: Dive into our candidate database, keeping it updated and organized for efficient recruitment operations.
- Keep the talent pipeline flowing, assisting with the management of Temp/Contract/Labour Hire availability.
- Take care of all administration duties.
- Managing talent pool, ensuring all employees CVs are in correct templates with relevant experience included for all new contract opportunities.
