Release of orders from credit hold
Prepare monthly reports on overdue accounts
Contact customers regarding outstanding debt
Attend to customer account queries
Liaise with account managers re matters of concern
Provide account managers with monthly trial balances and account information as needed
Reconciliation of cash sales account & customer accounts
Cash posting & allocation
Run unallocated cash & credit report at month end
Allocation of credit notes to matching invoices
Maintain accounts to the standard set by company underwriters
What you'll need to succeed
Must have used SAP
Be able to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Great communication skills
Work well under pressure
