About the role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, the industry and enthusiastic, They must be willing to stand alongside the BOH team and really excel under pressure.
Highly organized
self-motivated
creative
proficient in helping with rostering, cost control & food safety management.
Skills and experience
You must be fully qualified with proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
High volume experience
Experience in the smooth running of food service for the entirety of the shift
The passion to set high standards in the kitchen
Attention to detail, creativity and a passion for food
A high standard of cleanliness
Must have updated and current knowledge of dietary and allergy menu requirements.
