Established in 2012, Eire Total Access provides specialist access solutions to Australia’s mining, oil and gas and commercial industry sectors. Based in Perth and operating throughout Western Australia, we have experienced significant growth since our inception and continue to expand our industry capabilities while building a reputation for excellence. We are hiring multiple Scaffolder with full-time contract.

Key Duties
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding solutions to customer requirements
• Completing risk assessments for all scaffolding work
• Complete visual inspections
• Interpret designs and drawings
• Coordinate transport of heavy materials
• Participate in meetings and discussions where required
• Comply with the requirements of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems
• To ensure that they do not knowingly through action or inaction negatively impact the health and safety of themselves or others
• Delivery of tasks that comply with all relevant legislation, guidelines, standards, and safe work practices. (HSE & Quality Management Systems)
• Attendance to all training and assessing sessions booked in by Eire administration
• Always maintain professional code of conduct and with all dealings with clients and other contractors
• Maintaining confidential information and always adhering to the Privacy Act and company Code of Conduct
• Act and behave in accordance with Company values and behaviours
• Participate in internal and external audits as required

Essential Skills & Knowledge
• Hold relevant qualifications and have completed an appropriate apprenticeship
• Experience erecting and dismantling scaffold according to designs and drawings
• Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience
• Advanced communication skills with high attention to detail
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Effective problem solving, planning and organisational skills
• Experience working with health and safety processes
• Advanced leadership and team working skills
• High level of physical fitness

• Rigging ticket
• High-Risk Work Licence
