We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team on a full time basis undertaking garden maintenance across a number of Menarock Life homes located in the eastern and northern suburbs.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for providing a high quality garden maintenance across a number of facilities which will include responsibility for general garden maintenance, garden rejuvenation and landscaping, waste management and irrigation system maintenance at each facility, whilst ensuring the physical environment for the residents is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard free.
About you:
Relevant horticultural or landscaping qualification
Previous experience in the provision of general garden maintenance – ideally within the health sector or for an aged care organisation.
Demonstrated experience and competency in the use of tools and equipment related to garden maintenance.
Ability to work effectively, respectfully and collegially in team environment.
Well developed interpersonal skills
