Due to exceptionally quick growth, we are now looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to come on board and actively support the success of our infrastructure and framework business wide. You will be working with multiple level stakeholders within our business, from our exec team to our junior staff to ensure they have the right technology, at the right time working in the right way.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responding to helpdesk queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing solutions in a client focused and timely manner
  • Provide end-user training with hardware and software programs and issues
  • Configuring and testing hardware and software
  • Maintain and update support documentation and procedures
  • Creating, implementing and managing our onboarding and offboarding process for all staff, ensuring the correct company assets and access is provided and recovered at each end of the employee lifecycle
  • Managing the external technology support contract spend and relationship as well as managing our inventory/assets allocation alongside them
  • Managing multiple projects autonomously
  • 3+ years in a level 2 helpdesk role, preferably working in a high ownership or start-up environment
  • The ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels whilst providing exceptional support
  • The ability to take full ownership and learn along the way. This is a great opportunity for those who want to grow their career and take on additional responsibility future state
  • Any prior experience in supporting or running the IT aspects of an office relocation is a big plus!
  • You must be comfortable owning, executing and delivering on various day-to-day requirements and projects autonomously
