What's the job?
As our Print Service Technician you'll be the go-to expert for onsite break-fix and preventative maintenance services, ensuring our clients' print solutions run like clockwork.
Armed with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, you'll troubleshoot issues with finesse and precision. But it doesn't stop there, you'll also be a teacher and a tech wizard, providing invaluable customer training and support. From diagnostics to installation, modifications, upgrades, repairs, you'll handle it all with confidence.
Your deep understanding of networking technologies, including the installation and configuration of network hardware and software, will be crucial in seamlessly integrating our products into our clients' networks.
While you'll often work independently, your ability to thrive with minimal supervision sets you apart. Plus, you'll have the autonomy to manage your day. We assign work a day in advance, allowing you to plan and conquer your tasks efficiently.
