Responsibilities:
Plan and execute four internal conferences for staff education, assisting in the coordination of training events, and lectures.
Manage accreditation for events, ensuring CPD compliance.
Build and nurture relationships with potential new recruits, reporting directly to the National Director of Education and Training.
Skills and Qualifications:
Showcase high organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in working under pressure.
Demonstrate a knack for building relationships with diverse personalities.
Essential prior experience in event management planning.
Solid knowledge of Medical Imaging Terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic understanding of DICOM images.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience in budget management.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee office management duties, ensuring the availability of supplies through P2P.
Plan and execute various events, including an Office Christmas Party and Services Dinner for 250 attendees.
Act as the point of contact for staff inquiries related to processes and forms.
Code, review, and approve expenses claims from management and staff.
Set up new staff with access to the uniform portal.
Manage data for Medicare Audit, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
