Our client specialises in all aspects of commercial & industrial construction and is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their friendly team.
Reporting to the maintenance manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinating all maintenance workers;
? Schedule the Maintenance team to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, safety, quality and compliance
? Project day to day scheduling including forecasting workloads up to 4 weeks ahead across multiple clients
? Ability to provide prompt customer service to all maintenance requests
? Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes
? Build positive relationships with Clients, Trades & Suppliers
? Drafting and amending documents as required
? Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries
? General Office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing of plans)
The successful candidate will require:
? Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
? Exceptional attention to detail
? Excellent telephone manner, well-spoken and well presented
? Positive and professional personality, punctuality and reliability
? Building and construction industry background & knowledge preferred, but not essential
