What does the role look like?
- Develop and deliver effective, best practice communications strategies for ALDI's internal digital platforms to increase employee engagement
- Create written, visual and audio content and strategic thought for ALDI Australia’s internal platforms
- Build relationships, engage, collaborate, and manage expectations of various internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports and proposals for presentation
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all communications related tasks
- Support the success and efficient operation of the Communications Department
