As a key member of the HR team, the Senior HR Advisor, alongside an HR Coordinator who will report into this position, will oversee daily HR functions for our teams in NSW and VIC. Note this is a 12-month parental leave cover.
The role primarily focuses on collaborating with managers and offering comprehensive support to employees throughout their lifecycle at the company. The main scope encompasses a broad range of generalist HR functions, including Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Return to Work, Recruitment, and Cultural Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer high-level HR advice and generalist support. This includes coaching on complex HR issues, enhancing team capabilities, and providing solutions aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Under the guidance and direction of the HR Manager, provide internal and external stakeholders with timely advice on industrial and workplace relations matters, including interpretation of Awards and related statutory obligations.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing organisational change across the business.
- Lead and develop a range of HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring a high-quality service for the business including onboarding, engagement, terminations, etc.
