We are looking for an experienced administration all-rounder to support the provision of services to Older Adults delivered throughout EACH's NSW footprint. Initially you will support the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) team with the capacity to assist our Home Care Package (HCP) and Rostering team as required.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include:
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Data Management for older adult programs.
- Providing scheduling and coordination support as required.
- Maintaining and organising files and records.
- Providing administrative support and resolving administration issues for teams as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support overall team goals.
- You will also provide WH&S and site liaison support within the office.
