The IWC Boutique Manager is responsible for leading all activities to achieve business objectives and to build a supreme service culture. They will be an inspiring leader with high passion for networking and community building. They can run the business in a self-dependent way and can drive and manage the boutique sales, staff, clients and operations. The IWC Boutique Manager will play a critical role in the organisation and representation of the brand by promoting its values within the market. The role of Boutique Manager is to drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximise business profitability, analyse performance to identify business needs and turn them into individual actions and objectives and lead the team to successfully implement and achieve business growth in new retail channels. They will be able to demonstrate leadership by playing an active role inside and outside the boutique through hosting clients and execute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyalty. To be successful in this role, the Boutique Manager will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills and sales skills, along with being an excellent communicator who is passionate about building relationships and networking. They will have the ability to positively lead, coach and develop talent / team members from different backgrounds, have a strong sense for client satisfaction and 3-5 years' experience of boutique management in a luxury setting.
