We are looking for an energetic and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. We offer premium services to our residential, commercial, strata, industrial and retail clients. In this role, you are required to provide high-level coordination of contracts, by managing all paperwork associated with contracts, projects and service provided, working collaboratively with other departments, residents, suppliers and trades, preparing reports and providing services of a very high standard.
Required Skills:
• You have at least 2 years' experience working in contract administration position
• Diploma of Business/Leadership and Management
• Knowledge and strong understanding of accounts management or operations management from a professional or services industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
• You are self-driven and have excellent organization skills to manage your ever - changing workload.
• High level of accuracy with Word, Excel and Emails
• Keen to learn and adapt to new software systems
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Be able to produce and write reports as required for the role
• Immaculate presentation.

Duties and responsibilities would be as follows:
• Act as a primary point of contact for cleaners, residents, visitors, suppliers and contractors
• Draft and review contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure they are legally binding and in accordance with company guidelines
• Establish contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure deadline and requirements of the contract are met.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing with clients or suppliers, and follow up to ensure execution.
• Monitor and renew existing contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information.
• Head contract and sub-contract negotiations, letting and administration.
• Generate reports on the current status of existing contracts.
• Manage paperwork associated with contracts.
• Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, projects and service.
• Assist with the establishment of administrative and operational procedures.
• Maintain up to date documentation and compliance.
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
• Receives feedback from clients and resolves wide range of issues by arranging and attending regular meetings with customers to maximize satisfaction and retention.
