We are looking for a self-motivated individual who demonstrates a willingness to work with colleagues on initiatives and contribute to the administration of the School, Faculty and University.

The Adelaide Business School is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and provides a diverse array of academic programs. These encompass undergraduate and postgraduate offerings in key disciplines such as accounting, finance, international business, management, and marketing, including a comprehensive selection of MBA programs. Additionally, the School is committed to excellence in research and offers rigorous programs at the honors, master's, and doctoral levels.

We welcome applications from individuals interested in a teaching and research focused role. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to teach into both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of business analytics and publish in reputable academic analytics-related journals (FT-50/ A* ABDC journals).

To be successful you will need:

Level B

Possess a PhD in Business Analytics (or close to submission) or in a related field.
An ability to teach in relevant undergraduate and postgraduate business analytics courses.
Ability to develop new courses in the area of business analytics.
Ability to publish in reputable academic analytics-related journals, including in leading business journals (A* ABDC journals).
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional and collegial manner, and to build rapport with all levels of academic and professional staff within a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Level C

Possess a PhD in Business Analytics or in a related field.
Evidence of successful teaching in relevant undergraduate and postgraduate business analytics courses.
Ability to develop new courses in the area of business analytics.
Evidence of publishing in reputable academic analytics-related journals, including in leading business journals (FT-50/ A* ABDC journals).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Evidence of being able to undertake academic administrative functions.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional and collegial manner, and to build rapport with all levels of academic and professional staff within a diverse and inclusive work environment.
