You'll play a crucial role within the team to support across all areas of the sales process. This position is based out of the North Sydney office with initial training being fully office based. Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the office. Opportunity to grow and be supported by managers with multiple years of experience in the industry. What will you be doing? Assist the National Sales team of 20 staff with large loan approvals and enquiries. Efficiently manage Sales Support email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to ensuring clients experience the highest level of service. Generate premium funding quotes on behalf of the Sales team. Collaborate with Credit and Risk team for efficient loan processing and providing updates when required. Provide exceptional customer service to staff, brokers and clients addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. Resolving complaints and elevate complex issues to the Sales Support Team Leader as needed. Manage administrative tasks for significant premium funding applications. Perform pre-assessment credit checks on potential clients. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain in-depth understanding of credit procedures and compliance. The ideal candidate: Previous experience with a funding/loans company is highly desirable, however not an essential. 2 years + experience in a customer or sales support role, able to manage multiple stakeholders. Background in the Insurance, Banking or Financial industry is preferred Customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage time effectively. Bring a positive attitude and a drive to achieve success for yourself and the wider team.
