Wholesale Promotions Warehouse is Australia's leading promotional branding company and has been in business for 12 years. We act as liaisons between our clients and item manufacturers to get client's logos branded onto items for events and marketing.
We're based in a Fitzroy office, and you would be working alongside our experienced team. The main goal of the role is to increase our business reach through a number of different methods.
We are looking for a Procurement and Distribution Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Tasks include:
• Mange the distribution, co-ordination, and safe receipt of over 1 million promotional products. Promotions Warehouse distribute both Australia wide and internationally.
• Manage our internal distribution and procurement team ensuring all KPIS are met, staff are upskilled and retained.
• Negotiate with our catalogue of suppliers to ensure we are receiving best quality/price and service of offerings.
• Provide monthly analysis of all freight distributed both in and out of Promotions Warehouse and meet goal orientated KPIS key stakeholders have set for you.
• Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends.
• Mange supply and storage locations including 3PLs.
• Accountability of procurement and all transactions and fulfilment associated with purchased stock.
Skills and Experience required:
• Must have a bachelor's degree/higher qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1-year previous promotional merchandise experience required
• Experience managing a team.
• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills
