Caremed Healthcare synonymous with the provision of high quality medical and health care equipment to both individuals and institutions throughout Australia since 1986. We are currently seeking to employ Welders/ Fabricators to assist with the production of Hospital beds and healthcare equipment in Lake Cargelligo.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Evaluate all engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications
- Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipment
- Perform efficient welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder
- Perform repair to damage alloy articles and prepare new articles with help of welding machines
- Perform work with help of various hand and power tools.
- Analyze diagrams and specifications and cut all metal accordingly with help of welding torch
- Assist to remove all soft metal for welding
- Administer all welding activities such as riveting and welding small parts and finished products.
- Collaborate work with metal sheets and apply various insulation materials
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or relevant
- Ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Welder/Fabricator
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
Hours: fulltime
