As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Drainer to join our dedicated team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Install culverts of multiple sizes, ranging from 600 millimeters to 3.6 meters in diameter.
• Setting up lasers and lines for excavator operators, checking levels in trenches.
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Slinging and guiding pipes into their final position and assisting with backfill.
• Install and repair below ground water drainage systems.
• Including sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems
• Inspect existing drainage systems to identify issues and recommend repairs or upgrades.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify the cause of drainage problems.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to interpret site drawings and plans to install drainage lines.
• Ability to check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Good working knowledge of how to work out grades for drainage lines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to a safety culture.
• Australian Working Rights.
