Position Requirements
• A Bachelor qualification in Multimedia Advertising or IT would be preferable.
• Capable of understanding and using new multimedia, web technology and software.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of information communication system development and maintenance skills.
• Fluent English oral and written communication
• Competent with Adobe Suite software

Annual Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 plus Superannuation

Position Responsibilities
• Use multimedia software, programming languages to develop digital animation and design for internet application.
• Developing 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, video and audio effects for LED displays and online advertisement.
• Design, programming, and artwork set up for LED screens including schools, sporting clubs, and billboard advertising.
• Training clients to operate LED screen software including ongoing support and re-fresh training.
• Maintain and update LED web base software and provide technical support to the client.
• Create diagrams, sketches, and various layouts to communicate design concepts.
• Communicating design concept, artwork and interactive graphics with clients/stakeholders, production staff and sales regarding design solutions.
• Maintain accurate and current inventory all multimedia equipment.
• Designing multimedia across digital platforms to create aesthetic displays or publication.
• Maintain relations with specialists for web-based issues including backup, space allocation, business continuity and many more.
• Editing graphics, animations, short videos, and clips for LED signage.
• Create prototype of design solutions for the clients.
• Work with external Campaign managers to create prototype of design concepts for client.
• Documenting designs for production as well as proofreading materials before production
• Designing presentations, animations, imaging, catalogues, booklets, advertisements, and brochures using multimedia tools and graphics.
• Research design suitability for different industry sector such as fashion, FMCG, corporate and others.
• Experience, Skills, and Attributes
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Multimedia
• Experience with CMS tools (WordPress)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Suites to create Audio & video editing for LED signs.
• Experience with web design (UX and UI)
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use prototyping tools (Figma or Invision)
• Demonstrated ability to use multimedia design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
